Which plans understand images and voice notes?
Starter and Growth are text-only. Business and higher plans add image and voice-note understanding on WhatsApp. Pro and higher plans also offer AI voice-note replies on WhatsApp. These features are subject to the media allowances agreed in your proposal; image counts, audio minutes, and maximum file lengths are not unlimited.
How much does an AI chatbot cost?

Growth is GH₵600 for 2,500; Business GH₵1,200 for 6,000; Pro GH₵2,600 for 15,000; Scale GH₵4,800 for 30,000; Enterprise starts at GH₵7,200 for 50,000+ messages. Can an AI chatbot help our internal team?
Yes. An internal assistant can help staff find approved information in company documents, policies, and knowledge bases. Workspace integrations such as Microsoft Teams and Slack, permissions, and data handling are agreed during discovery.
What counts as a message?
The listed allowances cover chatbot messages. Image processing, incoming audio minutes, and generated voice minutes have separate usage limits confirmed in your proposal. We also confirm how incoming messages, AI replies, retries, and connected channels count toward usage before you subscribe.
Are setup and WhatsApp platform charges included?
The table lists monthly message plan fees. Any implementation work, custom integrations, and third-party platform charges, including applicable WhatsApp fees, are itemised in your proposal before you commit.
What happens if I need more messages?
Contact us to move to a larger plan or discuss Enterprise capacity above 50,000 messages. Overage rates, renewal rules, and any rollover are agreed in your proposal; this page does not promise unlimited usage.
Why are prices shown in my currency?
We use IP-based location to suggest a currency. You can change it at any time. Conversions use Frankfurter reference rates and are estimates; Ghana cedi prices remain the base prices. Your proposal confirms the billing currency and final amount.
